Volunteering
RRYHA VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are the heart of the Rock Ridge Youth Hockey Association, and we couldn’t do it without you! Every family plays a vital role in making our programs successful, whether it’s helping in the penalty box, running the clock, working concessions, or organizing events. Your time and effort not only support our players but also strengthen our hockey community.
By volunteering, you’ll gain the satisfaction of contributing to something bigger, connect with other families, and create unforgettable memories. Let’s work together to make this season incredible for our players and fans!
Have questions or need help finding the right opportunity? Reach out to any board member or league official. Thank you for being an essential part of RRYHA!

DIBS: YOUR VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
RRYHA uses the TBD system to make signing up for volunteer opportunities easy and efficient! TBD is an online platform that allows families to view, claim, and track volunteer shifts for various tasks like concessions, scorekeeping, penalty box duties, and more. By logging into TBD, you can see all available roles, descriptions, and schedules in one convenient location.
Volunteering is a key part of our association’s success, and using DIBS helps us ensure every family has the opportunity to contribute. For more information and detailed instructions, check out the TBD Information and Descriptions document.
The number of shifts required per family is outlined in the 2025-2026 Required Volunteer Shifts Document.
Completing these shifts is essential to keeping our association running smoothly and ensuring a successful experience for our athletes. Families that do not fulfill their shift requirements may forfeit their volunteer deposit.
Individuals claiming and working volunteer shifts must be 16 years or older!
There must be one adult over the age of 18 in the Concession Stand at all times!
Thank you for stepping up and being an integral part of our hockey community
— we couldn’t do it without you!
