Reimbursement & Stipends
At Rock Ridge Youth Hockey Association (RRYHA), we value our dedicated coaches and are committed to providing financial support for their travel, education, and essential equipment. Below are the reimbursement guidelines for the 2024-2025 season:

Travel Reimbursement
- Non-parent coaches (Bantam, Peewee, and Squirt levels) are eligible for travel expense reimbursement for games and tournaments.
- Receipts must be submitted with reimbursement requests.
- Coaches are reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.
- Only one (1) coach per team may request mileage reimbursement.
- Meals will be reimbursed for all coaches, and it is up to the coaching staff to determine how to split expenses.

Coaching Stipends
For the 2025-2026 season, the coaching pay scale is:
🏒 Bantam Level:
- Head Coach (Non-Parent/Parent): $1,500
- Assistant Coach (Non-Parent): $750
🏒 Peewee Level:
- Head Coach (Non-Parent/Parent): $1,200
- Assistant Coach (Non-Parent): $600

Coaching Resources & Equipment
- Drill books, training materials, and clinic attendance fees will be fully reimbursed by RRYHA. (All purchased books, videos, and materials will become the property of RRYHA for future coaching use.)
- One-time helmet reimbursement (up to $150) is available for all coaches. (Receipts required for reimbursement.)
- USA Hockey registration fees will be covered for all coaches.
- First-time referees will receive reimbursement for their USA Hockey referee registration.
